Recovery grows in good company.
The Aspen Program offers outpatient support groups for adults navigating substance use — and for the families who love them. Like an aspen grove, we heal through connection: many trees, one root system.
A safe place to look honestly at substance use.
Whether you are sober-curious, working to reduce use, or committed to abstinence, our groups meet you where you are. Using a dialectical abstinence philosophy, we make room for both abstinence-based recovery and harm reduction — without judgment.
Together, members examine patterns of substance use, build healthier relationships, strengthen communication and social skills, and practice the daily-living skills that make change last.
