Brianna Salvador, LCSW

Psychotherapist

Brianna Salvador joined the team in June 2021 as a pre-licensed psychotherapist. She received her Master’s degree from the University of Maryland in clinical behavioral health social work with a focus in substance use disorders. While studying at the University of Maryland, Brianna gained specialized experience as an engaged fellow in the Substance Use Disorder Intervention Fellowship (SUDIF).

Before joining The Aspen Program, Brianna was the case manager at a treatment facility in Montgomery County, where she worked with clients struggling with addiction across outpatient (OP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial hospitalization (PHP) levels of care.

Brianna is passionate about helping those who struggle with substance addiction and co-occurring disorders. She believes the therapeutic alliance is the most important dynamic, and uses a strengths-based approach combined with motivational interviewing to promote self-empowerment.
